Nina offers shipping via FedEx SmartPost on orders within the contiguous US. Additionally, we offer expedited services - the cost & conditions are as follows:

- Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST will begin being processed the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will begin being processed on the following workday. Orders are only shipped out Monday through Friday. At the moment, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses - SmartPost only.
- *FedEx SmartPost shipping fee are calculated at checkout for HI and AK orders.
Canadian Shipping Details

- Delivery fees to all provinces of Canada are calculated at checkout.
- Taxes & Duties
- Customers are responsible for all Canadian government taxes and duties on shipments. Packages refused will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Returns
- Returns are accepted for international orders. Customers are responsible for all additional duties and/or fees associated with shipping return orders. Click here for more information on our return & exchange policies.
Order Cancellation
- Please be advised that once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified as processing begins immediately.
Price Adjustment Policy
- Nina Shoes does not honor any price adjustments for items purchased online or from any third party seller. Once a purchase is made, the price paid at the time of purchase is final.
