Nina offers shipping via UPS® on orders within the contiguous US. Additionally, we offer expedited services - the cost & conditions are as follows:

*Nina offers Free Standard Shipping when purchasing $50 or more in a single transaction (excluding tax). A $8.95 flat rate shipping fee will apply to orders totaling less than $50. Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping.
Orders placed with Standard or Ground Services will ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed by 12:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day, while those placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and we currently ship only within the United States and Canada. APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. - *Shipping fees for Hawaii and Alaska are calculated at checkout.

- Delivery fees to all provinces of Canada are calculated at checkout.
- Taxes & Duties
- Customers are responsible for all Canadian government taxes and duties on shipments. Packages refused will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Returns
- Returns are accepted for international orders. Customers are responsible for all additional duties and/or fees associated with shipping return orders. Click here for more information on our return & exchange policies.
Order Cancellation
- Please be advised that once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified as processing begins immediately.
Price Adjustment Policy
- Nina Shoes does not honor any price adjustments for items purchased online or from any third party seller. Once a purchase is made, the price paid at the time of purchase is final.
Lost Box Policy
- Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Nina Shoes is not responsible for packages with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered final, and Nina Shoes is not liable for lost or missing packages.
