Return and Exchange Request
Nina Shoes will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 30 days of delivery of your order. In order to return or exchange any items, you will need to click the below button and open a request (RMA) through our Return Portal.
Return Item Condition and Quality Check
Upon submitting a return request, we may request you to perform a quick quality assurance check with your mobile device's camera.
Note: Be sure to try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risking damage.
All returns must be sent in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
Used merchandise cannot be returned.
Pre-Paid USPS Shipping Options
After finalizing your return request and quality assurance check, we will send you your USPS shipping options within 72 hours. During this time, we will do our best to forward your return items to the next customer. We urge you to ship your items as soon as you receive your return shipping options.
Please note that shipping labels and QR codes have expiration dates.
Shipping & handling charges are not refundable and a $6.95 per order return/exchange fee will be applied.
Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Refund and Exchange Orders
Your refund will be processed and/or your return items will be shipped once they reach their destination.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Use of coupons will be forfeited from your order. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you and we are not responsible for returns we do not receive. The easiest way to return your order is visit our Returns Portal.
Nina Shoes guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 45 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, click on the order status link in the upper right corner of this page. You can also email us at returns@ninashoes.com.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
